 Bob Joe, O.D., F.A.A.O. has been in private practice in Austin, TX since 1976. The practice has been founded on primary eye care with specialties in ocular disease as well as contact lenses. He has participated in investigational panels on several contact lenses and has built his reputation on his expertise in complex cases. His lens selection includes all types of soft, gas permeable rigid, and hybrid materials. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a member of the American Optometric Association's Contact Lens Section. He is also certified as a Glaucoma Specialist by the Texas Optometry Board.
 Neng Chhean, O.D. joined Austin Optometry Group in 2006 after earning her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry. Dr. Chhean's prior experience includes clinical externships at the Veteran's Affairs Hospital in Boston, MA and the United States Naval Academy in Newport, RI. She has also volunteered in the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, conducting free eye exams for residents of rural areas. Dr. Chhean is a certified Glaucoma Specialist by the Texas Optometry Board. She is an alumna of California State University, Long Beach, and she speaks conversational Cambodian and Spanish.
